Close the doors before sunset. Your agentic staff keeps working.
We know the value of your time.
We're about to amplify and streamline your business like never before. Imagine closing the doors before sunset while an agentic staff works behind the scenes — drafting, sorting, following up — and a person on your team approves anything that matters.
Most small teams don't have an AI problem.
They have a routine-work problem.
That last one matters. A chat window doesn't watch the inbox, doesn't know your CRM, doesn't log what it did, and doesn't ask anyone before it sends. An agentic workflow does — and that's what we build.
Donor thank-you letters
One of the first workflows we typically look at for a small nonprofit.
Illustrative example. Every letter is approved by a person before it goes out.- Exported weekly by hand
- ~12 minutes per letter
- Sent 5–7 days after the gift
- Inconsistent tone
- Drafted automatically from your CRM
- ~2 minutes to review each
- Approved and sent in 1 day
- Your voice, every time
Start with an evaluation,
not a sales pitch.
Our first engagement is a fixed-fee Workflow & AI Readiness Evaluation. In two to four weeks you get a clear answer to: where would AI actually help us, what would it cost, what could go wrong, and how would we know it worked?
We score readiness on six dimensions — the same ones boards and funders ask about:

Listen
We interview your team and inventory the routine work — what starts it, what it needs, how long it takes, how often it's redone.
Measure
We estimate the hours and rework in each workflow, score how ready your organization is, and rank the opportunities.
Recommend
You get a written readout with one recommended pilot, its expected results, where a person stays in charge, and a quote.
Build & teach
If you go ahead, we build a bounded pilot in your own tools, measure it against today, train your staff, and stay on to keep it running.
Built for teams that are stretched thin.

Fixed fee
You know the price before we start. No hourly surprises.
Your data stays yours
We work inside your own accounts and tools. Nothing is copied into consumer AI apps.
You keep everything
The inventory, the scorecard, and the recommendation are yours, whether or not you go further with us.
Measured, not promised.
Every engagement ends with a before-and-after comparison of one real workflow, on your numbers. You keep the inventory, the scorecard, and the recommendation whether or not you continue.
Actions sent without a person's approval

Your data stays in your own accounts
Honest about what AI can and can't do.
AI assistants can work around the clock and take real weight off your team. They also make mistakes, need maintenance, and should never make a consequential decision on their own. So we design every workflow with a named person who approves what matters — and we measure the result against how the work is done today, not against a promise.
- No “replace your staff” claims — we return hours to the people you have.
- No guaranteed savings — we show before-and-after numbers from your real workflow.
- No unsupervised sending, submitting, or payments — a person always approves.
- No lock-in — your workflows run in your own tools and accounts.

Straight answers.
Can't we just use ChatGPT ourselves?
For one person drafting one thing, yes — and we'll tell you so. What a chat window can't do is watch your inbox, pull from your CRM, write in one consistent voice, log every action, and stop for a person's approval before anything goes out. That system is what you're paying for, not the intelligence inside it.
What happens to our data?
It stays in your own accounts and tools. We work inside your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, your CRM, and your booking system, with least-privilege access that you grant and can revoke. Nothing is pasted into consumer AI apps, and samples we review during an evaluation are redacted and deleted within ten business days of the readout.
Who approves what the AI does?
A named person on your team, every time. Sending, submitting, paying, or changing a record happens only after that person approves it. The AI drafts, sorts, and summarizes; people decide. That isn't a limitation we apologize for — it's the design.
What does the evaluation cost, and what do we get?
A fixed fee from $2,500 depending on how many teams and workflows we look at, quoted after a 20-minute call. You receive a workflow inventory with time and volume estimates, a readiness score on six dimensions, a ranked list of opportunities, a risk register, one recommended pilot with expected results and a price, and a 60-minute readout. You keep all of it whether or not you go further with us.
Ready to find out where your hours are going?
Twenty minutes on the phone, then a fixed-fee quote for your evaluation. From $2,500. You keep everything, whatever you decide.
